£20 Million of Community Benefit

The Saunderton development will contribute approximately £20 million in planning-related funding over a ten-year period, supporting infrastructure, community facilities and local services across the area.

Community Development Programme

VIRTUS has launched its Community Development Programme to support projects that make a positive impact across Saunderton and Bledlow Ridge.
The programme is open to local schools, charities, not-for-profit organisations and community groups, with funding focused on:

• Education
• Environmental initiatives
• Community regeneration

After the application has closed, local residents will have the opportunity to vote on shortlisted projects.
